How Are You Spending Your Weekends Before Your Big Day?
To all my brides to be , How are you spending your weekend?
Let us inspire you with a self-care plan all brides must follow!
🌸 “Today, we are sharing three ways brides-to-be can take care of themselves while running from one meeting to another.” “Schedule a time out at least once a week.” Wedding planning can be hectic and feel a bit like a full time job! It leads to anxiety, stress and burnout!
Set aside at least one hour per week to zone out and focus on rebalancing. Whether it’s going for a long solo walk in the park, hitting up a spa for a much-needed massage, having a dinner with a best friend or simply enjoying a glass of wine and music in a long bath, it’s important to connect with yourself and remember the individual before the bride.
Girl, do it for you.
While we would never suggest a bride put her guests into situations that make them uncomfortable simply to cater to her every whim, it is equally important not to people please yourself into a place of discomfort.
Think about what is most important to you and your partner and have a list of things that are clear non-negotiables.
Once you have decided this, don’t burden yourself by engaging conversations where you’re being asked to go against what matters most to you. “Make wellness a high priority “
We’re not only talking about a diet to fit into a desired wedding gown, but total body wellness that includes staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, eating vitamins and finding ways to stay active on a consistent basis.

Making your health a priority and enjoying Pilates, running or another fun activity will not only have an aesthetic benefit (hello glowing skin!) but it will also keep those cortisol levels down, your endorphin levels high and have you thinking clearly in a brighter mood.
Healthy weekend!
